With over 42 years of experience spanning Finance, Accounting (GAAP & IFRS), Internal Controls, and ERP Implementation, Neil Cohen has demonstrated formidable expertise. His adept management and interpersonal skills have enabled him to effectively lead numerous accounting teams. For the past 22 years, Neil served as Chief Financial Officer for two national hotel owners and operators, where he managed Financial, Accounting, Information Technology, Human Resources, and Risk Management functions while contributing to strategic planning. Prior to this, Neil held several senior management roles, including positions at Shearson Lehman Bros and a public REIT. He embarked on his career journey with PWC (formerly Coopers & Lybrand), gaining valuable experience with both Audit & Tax compliance clients. Neil holds a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin. Noteworthy achievements include overseeing the successful public bond offering of $150 million on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange in 2017, followed by the eventual repayment of the bonds.
